Parking:

We have two unloading areas next to the campsites with parking for four cars a short walk away. If you require more car spaces please enquire with us beforehand. 

Closest Airport:
The closest airport, Sunshine Coast Airport, is approximately 73km away, taking slightly over an hour to reach by car with no traffic.

Public transport:

Unfortunately, due to our secluded location, there is no public transport available.  

FAQ:

  • I’m coming with my partner and we are booking one tent only — will there be other guests on site in the other tents?
    No, once you book a tent the campsite is all yours. You and your family or friends have the option to book up to four tents for a maximum amount of 16 people

  • How many people per tent?

    Tents comfortably sleep four people, the week prior to arriving, we will confirm wit

  • Can we order meals or do we do our own cooking?

    The campsite is equipped with utensils to do your own cooking, on gas or the open fire.

  • Do we get any discounts if we book multiple tents?

    We love groups and people connecting.

  • Use coupon code 10OFF3TENTS at checkout to get 10% off the total accommodation booking if you book three tents (sleeps maximum 12 people), and coupon code 20OFF4TENTS at checkout to receive 20% off the total accommodation booking if you book all four tents (sleeps maximum 16 people). You will need to use our discount codes to receive these. Please note, if the codes have been incorrectly used/added then the extra will be charged on arrival.

  • Is there power on-site?

    There is no power on-site, we are looking at options to provide power for a camp fridge/freezer, please contact us if this is of interest.

  • Is there mobile reception in the area?

    You will loose reception driving to the property, A Telstra phone may get very random brief connections, it is highly unlikely for other providers.

    We have phone reception at our house for emergencies.

  • What do we need to pack?

    1. Food and Drinks: Ensure you have enough for your stay.

    2. Drinking Water: Bring plenty for drinking.

    3. Esky: For keeping your items cool.

    4. Lighting: If there is no moon, it gets very dark. Bring a torch, headlamp, or lantern for moving around at night.

    5. Cooking Gear: Is all provided, except condiments and spices.

    6. Firewood: Available for purchase on-site.

  • What do I pay for prior to arrival?

    Upon booking, you will be paying for your accommodation only. Any extras in accommodation such as extra guests, activities or meals will be calculated and paid on arrival (or prior, if preferred and arranged).

  • When do I pay for my retreat?

    Venue or retreat booking needs to be enquired about first and paid on confirmation for dates.

    We have a range of packages for retreats and workshops, which includes timing of payments/deposits etc.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

If we need to cancel your booking due to extreme weather, you can choose to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund. 

If you cancel your ‘accommodation’ reservation more than 30 days in advance, you'll receive a full refund. 

Cancellations of ‘accommodation’ reservations within 30 days of your arrival date will incur a $400 fee, refundable if we receive a new booking on the same dates, of equal or higher value.

If you cancel your ‘retreat’ or ‘venue hire’ reservation more than 30 days in advance, you’ll receive a 70% refund, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations of ‘retreat’ or ‘venue hire’ reservations are agreed to based on the type of event/retreat/workshop you are planning. As a guide:

  • On weekends, school and public holidays, cancellations will incur an $400 fee, refundable if we receive a new booking on the same dates, of equal or higher value.

  • Retreat or venue hire bookings on Monday to Friday outside of school and public holidays, cancellation policy can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
